Roots & Routines is a parent and caregiver program by Owl's Nest Learning Hub, created to support families with children from birth through age five.

Whether you're a new parent, a grandparent helping raise little ones, or a caregiver looking for guidance and connection, there's a place for you here.

We're bringing families together to learn, share experiences, build healthy routines, and create stronger connections with their children.

And the best part? You don't have to do it alone.

What Can You Expect?

Roots & Routines is more than just a parenting program. It's a welcoming space where you can connect with other families, find helpful resources, and get support that makes everyday parenting a little easier.

Family Cohorts: Connect with other families who understand your parenting journey.
Caregiver Support: A safe space to ask questions, share experiences, and feel heard.
Music Therapy: Fun, engaging activities that support your child's development.
Play-Based Activities: Opportunities for children to learn, explore, and grow through play.
Parent Coaching: Practical tips and guidance for everyday parenting challenges.
Family Wellness Kits: Helpful tools and resources you can use at home.
Food Provided: Because we want families to feel comfortable and cared for.
Transportation Support: Assistance is available through the Family Access Fund.
