New Money Academy is a joy-centered youth experience that changes how young people think about money, success, and their future.

This isn’t “don’t buy anything” financial literacy.
This is discipline that unlocks freedom.

We help youth build a vision for the life they want—and then teach them how to reverse engineer it using real-world money habits, confidence, and strategy.

Most youth programs teach money like it’s only about restrictions.

We help youth understand that they don’t have to trade their hobbies and interests for a life they don’t enjoy. Their passion can become a guide toward a successful future.

We spend time helping youth define what “successful” means in their own words.

We talk about real-life goals like:

• Where you want to live

• Your dream city

• Your favorite vacation spot

• The lifestyle you want

• The freedom to choose what you wear, drive, and experience

Once youth can see the future clearly, we help them backwards-map the steps to get there.

We have a proven program format—but we customize it based on what your youth care about.

If your youth are into sports, we use sports examples.
If your youth are into music, dance, beauty, art, business, or content creation—we use those examples.

That’s why it works: it feels real to them.

For many youth, it feels like the only options are:

1. Make it as a professional athlete

But we show them there are many ways to build wealth in the sports world without ever stepping on the field.

We help youth explore sports-industry pathways like:

• Money Habits: how small decisions now shape freedom later

• Entrepreneurship: turning skills and interests into income

• Investing Basics: simple introduction to long-term wealth thinking

• Real-Life Planning: moving out, first car, travel, business goals, and more

By the end of the program, youth will have:

• A personal Success Vision

• A clear Backwards Map Plan

• Better decision-making and stronger focus

• A realistic plan for saving, earning, and building money discipline

• More confidence about their future

• A passion-driven pathway they can actually follow

We can also support a closing celebration or youth showcase if your organization would like a strong finish.

When appropriate and permitted by your organization, we can provide snacks and create a welcoming environment that keeps youth engaged and excited to return each week. 

In some seasons, New Money Academy is grant-funded, which may allow partner organizations to host at no cost or reduced cost.
