At Owl's Nest Learning Hub, we partner with schools, nonprofits, youth organizations, community programs, faith-based organizations, and government agencies to deliver engaging experiences that help youth develop real-world skills while building confidence, leadership, and purpose.
Our programs combine entrepreneurship, financial literacy, workforce development, communication skills, goal setting, and hands-on learning experiences designed to prepare youth for success both now and in the future.
All programs are available in-person, virtually, or through a hybrid model.

New Money Academy
New Money Academy
Breaking Cycles. Building Futures.
New Money Academy introduces young people to financial literacy, career planning, entrepreneurship, and wealth-building concepts through engaging activities and real-world simulations.
Participants learn how to manage money, make informed financial decisions, explore career opportunities, and understand how today's choices impact tomorrow's opportunities.
Recommended Ages: 13–24
Great For:
Schools, workforce development programs, youth nonprofits, summer programs, mentoring programs, and transition-age youth initiatives.
Babysitting Boot Camp
Babysitting Boot Camp
Building Responsible Leaders Through Childcare Skills
Babysitting Boot Camp teaches youth valuable life and workforce skills through childcare training, safety education, communication, leadership development, and entrepreneurship.
Participants build confidence while learning how to care for children responsibly and professionally.
Recommended Ages: 10–18
Great For:

Billion Dollar Backyard
Billion Dollar Backyard
Finding Opportunity Close to Home
Many young people are taught to look elsewhere for opportunity. Billion Dollar Backyard helps participants discover opportunities, resources, and solutions already existing within their own communities.
Youth learn entrepreneurship, problem-solving, community engagement, innovation, and creative thinking while exploring how local challenges can become opportunities for impact and income.
Recommended Ages: 11–24

Backwards Mapping for Success
Backwards Mapping for Success
Start with the Goal. Build the Plan.
This program helps participants identify future goals and develop practical action plans to achieve them.
Whether the goal involves college, career development, certifications, entrepreneurship, leadership opportunities, or personal growth, participants leave with a personalized roadmap designed to move them forward.

Neighborhood CEO
Youth Entrepreneurship in Action

Marketing, Public Relations & Workforce Development for the Next Generation
Youth Marketing & Media Academy teaches participants how organizations grow, build community support, attract members, and tell their stories effectively.
Participants learn practical workforce skills including:

Youth immediately apply their learning by helping promote and strengthen organizations they already belong to.

Most programs are delivered in a minimum of four sessions to allow participants time to develop skills, complete projects, and experience meaningful growth.
Program length can be expanded or condensed based on the needs, schedule, and goals of your organization.
