From Here to There is a supportive, lunch-based initiative that helps young adults move from where they are now… to what’s next.
No lectures. No judgment. Just real conversations, real support, and real next steps.
What We Do

We meet during lunch, talk through options, and help you make a plan that fits your life.
This can include:
Jobs and career options
Apprenticeships and training programs
Enrolling in school or finishing your diploma
Parenting support
Financial literacy and budgeting
Removing barriers so you can actually participate
Tiered Services (Support That Fits Your Life)

Tier 1: One-Time Coaching
Tier 1: One-Time Coaching
A one-time meeting with a coach to talk through what you need and what your next step should be.
Best for:
Young adults who want support but don’t know where to start.
Tier 2: Pre-Employment Support
Tier 2: Pre-Employment Support
Support for youth who have already secured a job but need help covering the fees and expenses to get started.
May include help with:
Physicals
CPR certification
Childcare requirements
Uniforms and work supplies
Best for:
Youth who are hired and ready — but stuck at the “startup costs” stage.
Tier 3: Short-Term Support
Tier 3: Short-Term Support
Short-term workshops or coaching sessions to help youth explore and plan.
Topics may include:
Job searching and job readiness
Apprenticeships
Training programs
Enrolling in school
Building a simple plan
Best for:
Youth who need direction and momentum.
Tier 4: Long-Term Support
Tier 4: Long-Term Support
Long-term support for youth ready to commit to growth and stability.
May include:
Finishing a high school diploma
Parenting programming
Financial literacy programming (6 weeks+)
Limited stipends may be available for qualifying participants.
Best for:
Youth who want consistent support and long-term change.

Transportation to our program (on program days)
Lunch provided on program days
On-site childcare (when available)
